Exchanges Returns & Cancellation
European Union: You may cancel your order at any time up to and including five working days after the day on which you receive the Goods. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to return any items within ten working days at your own cost for return or exchange as required. It is important that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost on return to us. If any goods are returned to us they must be unused, in their original packaging and in full re-saleable condition. Payments for any cancelled goods will be refunded within thirty working days, alternatively, we will exchange or offer a credit. Damage in transit / Missing items
Goods must be checked at the place and time of delivery and you must notify us of any transit damage or shortages or of any complaint immediately and in any case within five working days from the delivery date otherwise the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted. Our liability for short delivery is limited to making good the shortage. If Goods are faulty, we will replace them within 30 days of their return to us and we will pay the delivery costs.
Import Duties and Taxes.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include appropriate UK sales tax (VAT) but are exclusive of delivery charges. If your goods are being delivered outside the European Union, no sales tax will be added to your order but any import duties or taxes and any customs or clearance amount payable in the country of delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and will not form part of any refund in the event you return any good to us for exchange or refund.
Limitation of liability
We will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out our obligations within a reasonable period of time but will not be liable to you for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays in doing so and we will not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to these terms and conditions, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we will not be liable to you for any economic loss, which term shall include loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings or any special, indirect or consequential loss in connection with the supply of the Goods.
