Delivery Information

Your order will usually be delivered by Royal Mail / Courier as selected and may require a signature on delivery. Orders placed by 1pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) will normally be processed the same day. Delivery costs will be added to your order before payment is taken. The standard courier delivery charge for within mainland UK is £5.49 per order. Some orders may require a higher charge due to their size and weight in which case we will advise you at the time of purchase.

Please Note: Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched on the following working weekday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will usually be despatched on Monday.

Overseas delivery charges will be quoted and charged on a per order basis. When possible, the website will indicate if an item is out of stock. Delivery times are estimates only so please allow up to 30 days.

We may cancel or suspend the order in part or whole without liability in any event which is beyond our control. Title to the Goods passes to you only on payment of the Goods in full.

Price & Payment

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include appropriate UK sales tax (VAT) but are exclusive of delivery charges. We try to ensure that all prices on the Website at hairofthedoglondon.com are always accurate, however the email we send you when we process your order will always contain the correct price. If for some reason items cannot be delivered we will make contact to inform you and if this forms part of a larger order, we will process and dispatch the available Goods to you. Payments must be in Pounds Sterling and we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. All Goods are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
